When a company wanted its Midwest Leaders Summit to have less of an environmental impact, FatRabbit created a website to host the summit’s three-day agenda, workshop materials, and workshop seating arrangements. Not only was there less printing waste, but each morning quick changes could be made to the site so everyone stayed up-to-date throughout the event. Participants accessed the site via a QR code on a few posters and name tags. Post-summit, the site was used for reinforcement resources and an event photos gallery.
