fatrabbit CREATIVE was founded 17 years ago in Eric Koby’s basement. As the business grew so did his team, and they moved into an office space in Netcong, New Jersey. Skip forward a few years and the team was bigger than it had ever been and so he decided to move the studio to its current home in Chester, New Jersey. fatrabbit CREATIVE flourished here and when Eric, our leader, passed away unexpectedly in 2016, the team rallied together to keep the business going in his honor. Knowing how deeply Eric loved this company and his team, his wife, Heather left her career as a high school history teacher and stepped in as CEO. Each day, the fatrabbit team comes to work to carry on Eric’s legacy. Our team has gained new members in the past few years and with each new addition, we become even stronger. He would be so proud of this group of people, their resilience in the face of tragedy, and of the work that they are creating each and every day.
In his honor, the Eric Koby Adoption Fund Inc. has been established as a way to financially assist adoptive families on their journeys to bring their children home. To learn more about the Eric Koby Adoption Fund, click here.
You’ve heard the expression “paying it forward.” Well for us, it’s not just an expression; it’s also a promise. We help organizations that typically would never get to work with an agency by sharing our knowledge, talent and skills with local ministries and non-profits.
