Goodwill Rescue Mission needed a new brand that would communicate to the community what the Mission hopes to achieve. They strive to empower the poor and homeless, daring them to hope for a brighter future.

The logo exemplifies this hope for a brighter future and the goals of the mission. The lower case “i” represents not only a figure of the individual, but the accountability that each individual takes on as they enter the Mission’s programs. The yellow beam emanating from the “i” represents the hope of the individual growing as they go through the mission, and continuing to grow even as they exit the mission prepared to continue their life transformation.

The website redesign allowed us to make the site friendly for desktop and mobile devices—it is completely responsive and was built to work seamlessly with numerous breakpoints. The look and feel of the site is edgy and energetic like the city of Newark ensuring that there new brand will continue to grow and thrive inside the community it serves.
