MARS had a great tool available on Salesforce.com, but nobody knew how to use it. They needed fatrabbit to effectively educate a roaming sales force of 300 people, spread across the U.S., about this new tool, to real bring its potential to life.

idea:

Without the ability to put MARS’ sales team in the same room, this tool had to be truly comprehensive. A training guide that broke out all the details would be the right fit. It needed to answer all the questions, and layout the process—while being attractive and easy to digest.

success:

The new training guide significantly decreased the amount of help phone calls that had to be answered. 300 salespeople quickly transitioned to using the new Salesforce.com tool, streamlining their sales efforts and giving MARS a unified, informed team.
